6th January 2015 – Gerry Health Update
Gerry had an appointment with his consultant today to review chemotherapy progress. A scan last week has revealed that the lymphoma are all getting smaller or gone and so the plan is to have just 2 more chemo sessions and then another scan. If the scan shows no further reduction then they won’t bother with the 7th and 8th chemos but will move me to a maintenance regime. If the lymphoma are continuing to decrease then they will carry on chemo in an attempt to really zap them. As you can imagine, Gerry is relieved and pleased – it could not have been better news.
To make matters even better Annie returned today from a week with Jo in San Jose.
