26 July – Boys go Fishing
Barry Kilgariff had offered to take the boys fishing for the day and kindly provided all the gear. Fishing started quietly with the boys fishing for roach and rudd. Suddenly it was clear that the fish on Alexander’s line was something much bigger. Barry was able to give Alexander a lesson in how to play and then land the fish.
Alexander had caught an 8lb carp. 
Oliver, who had been busy catching roach and rudd, then played and landed a carp that Barry had hooked.
What a great time they had with lots of fish including some big ones!!!!!
